When will you ship my order?
Priority orders are disaptched first using 1st class service. Standard orders are dispatched once priority orders are shipped.
Which payment method do you accept?
You can pay with all major Debit and Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, etc.). We use Stripe to securely process and protect your card details.
How do you process payments?
We use Stripe to securely process all payments. Your card details are never shared with us. All the information required to process a payment is sent directly to Stripe, using a secure SSL connection. We only receive confirmation of payment from Stripe and the last 4 digits of your card.
Stripe also carries out fraud checks on every transaction.
Is your payment process secure?
Absolutely! We DON’T store any card details or any other sensitive data you have used to make payments on our server.
We use the HTTPS protocol to provide a secure connection. All pages are served, using a valid and trusted SSL certificate (see the green padlock on your browser’s address bar).
I’m having problems making a payments, what can I do?
Please get in touch with us via our contact us page with as much information as possible, and we will try to resolve it for you as soon as we can.
When does my order gets processed?
Custom orders require design approval (if you requested proof). If not, we will try to process your order the same day or next working day. We are off during the weekends and any public holiday here in the UK.
Can I modify my order after I paid for it?
We try to process your order as quickly as possible. If you would like to modify your order, please contact us immediately. If the package is sealed or has been passed to our shipping partner, then we won’t be able to modify your order. Please get in touch ASAP.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Standard shipping service, unless you’ve bought Signed + Tracked service.
How much does shipping cost?
You can find the latest shipping price during checkout. Where possible we will always try to offer free shipping.
How long does the shipping take?
Royal Mail aims to deliver the package next working day for 1st class service and 2 days for 2nd class (delivery time very much depends on Royal Mail and we have no control over delivery once the item is handed to the Post Office). Please always check Royal Mail website for up to date delivery estimates. For EU/US, it takes around 7-10 working days, and for rest of the world may take up to 3 weeks.
My order has arrived but an item is missing, what’s next?
Your order may still be waiting at customs clearance. Please check with your local postal service.
If you have ordered more than 2 cases, they may arrive at different times. Our shipping packages can carry a maximum of 2 cases.

Do you work with bloggers and reviewers?
Yes, we work with bloggers and reviewers. If you’re a big deal online (run a popular Blog, Instagram account, YouTube Channel, or Twitter account) please get in touch with us, using the contact us form.
We receive many requests every day, and we read them all. If we haven’t contacted you within 2 weeks of your form submission, it probably means your audience is not a good fit for our product at this time.
Which cases can I customise?
We offer hundreds of customizable cases. Generally, if the product page has a text input box that means it’s a custom product.
Are your phone cases hard or soft?
We sell many different types of case. Our default case is the hard lightweight plastic case. You can swap to Flexible TPU, Tough Hybrid, 3D or Folio case using the dropdown menu (for many designs not all types of case is offered due to design restrictions).
Are they real marble/gold case?
Unfortunately not, we print the marble/gold pattern on a blank case.
Secure Shopping
At CrayCases, we are dedicated to providing a safe and secure shopping experience. We have set strict security protocols in place to protect your sensitive data. We only collect and access the information we need to process your order.
HTTPS (SSL) Connection
All our pages are served, using a secure HTTPS connection, not just the checkout page. HTTPS connections encrypt all communication between you and our server with 128-bit encryption. You can click on the green padlock on your browser’s address bar to access more information.
We also use dedicated servers and not shared hosting. This is monitored 24h a day by GoDaddy, our hosting provider.
Secure Payments
On top of using SSL certificate, we use Stripe to handle all payments. This way, your card details are never stored on our server. When you are filling in your card details, it connects directly to Stripe’s server for processing your card.
If the payment succeeds, then Stripe sends a confirmation to our server with the last 4 digits of your debit/credit card number. We process your order, once we receive confirmation from Stripe.

If you are not happy with your items and want to return your order, please get in touch with us within a week of receiving it. To make the process faster, we ask that you take a picture of the item for authentication and include it with your initial contact.
You can return your order for any of the following reasons:
